CloudCafe provides creative and branding services, including but not limited to logo design, rebranding, illustration, and mockup presentation. All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise stated. Once you place an order, you agree that CloudCafe will begin the creative process based on the details and requirements you provide. Any delays in providing information, feedback, or approvals may extend project timelines. Our team strives to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results tailored to your brand vision.
All original designs, artworks, and creative concepts produced by CloudCafe remain the intellectual property of CloudCafe until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved logo or design is transferred to the client. However, CloudCafe retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio, social media, or marketing materials for promotional purposes. Clients are prohibited from reselling or redistributing CloudCafe’s designs without written consent. Unauthorized use or duplication of any design drafts, previews, or concepts before payment is strictly prohibited.
When you engage with CloudCafe, you agree to provide accurate and complete information for your project. This includes brand details, preferences, and any necessary files or references required to complete the design. You are responsible for reviewing and approving drafts before final delivery. CloudCafe is not liable for errors, omissions, or dissatisfaction resulting from incomplete, unclear, or incorrect information provided by the client. Clear and timely communication ensures that the creative process runs smoothly and produces the best outcome.
All payments for CloudCafe services are due in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept secure online payment methods through trusted third-party processors. Once payment is received, the design process begins immediately. Because all of our work is custom and digital in nature, payments are non-refundable once work has started. In cases where a refund may be considered due to non-delivery or technical error, requests must be made within seven business days, and each case will be reviewed individually.
Each design package includes a set number of revisions as specified on our pricing page. Additional revisions requested beyond the package limit may incur extra charges. Once a final logo or design has been approved and delivered, CloudCafe is not obligated to make further changes unless a new service order is placed. Clients are encouraged to review all files carefully before final approval to ensure full satisfaction with the delivered work.
CloudCafe may utilize artificial intelligence and digital design tools to enhance creativity, accuracy, and efficiency in the design process. While AI helps generate ideas and refine visual quality, all final creative direction and approval are completed by professional designers. Clients acknowledge that minor variations may occur between visual previews and final outputs due to rendering or screen-color differences.
CloudCafe strives to provide reliable, high-quality services but is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our designs, website, or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We do not guarantee that our website will always be available, error-free, or uninterrupted. Clients are advised to maintain copies of their delivered files as CloudCafe is not responsible for data loss after project completion.
Our website may contain links to third-party sites or tools used for payment processing, portfolio display, or design previews. These external platforms are not controlled by CloudCafe, and we are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Users are encouraged to review the privacy and terms pages of any linked websites before using them. CloudCafe is not liable for any issues that may arise from your interactions with third-party platforms.
We understand the importance of confidentiality in creative work. All materials, references, or business information shared by clients are treated as confidential and are used solely for the purpose of completing the design project. CloudCafe will not disclose or sell client information to any third party unless required by law or authorized in writing by the client.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States. Any disputes or claims arising from or relating to the use of CloudCafe services shall be handled under the jurisdiction of California courts. Both parties agree to attempt informal resolution before pursuing any formal legal action.
